Question
I notice that you have a meditation section now. Just exactly what is meditation?
Answer
For those of us seeking effective ways to relax, meditation refers to various activities which help create a calm
state of mind. Sitting in a quiet place, in a comfortable position, for a short while, meditators focus (and refocus)
their attention on breath, a mantra or an image. Over time and with consideration, some things that seem
unnecessarily worrisome in daily life, can appear less urgent and compelling for seasoned meditators. For example, take a look at one of our photographs. Focus your attention on the photo and when your attention
strays, refocus it again. If you can do this for several minutes several times a day. Find out if you are a person who
responds well to this kind of relaxation technique.
